Academic Programs

The Grade Appeal Policy establishes a process for students to redress their concerns about certain academic decisions made by faculty. Read the policy to become familiar with the circumstances under which to use this webform.

Use this webform to submit a written grade appeal to the Associate Vice President for Academic Programs and Dean of Graduate and Undergraduate Studies. The form is reviewed by the Grade Appeal Committee (a subcommittee of the Student Grievance Committee).
