Request to offer appointment to final candidate for Academic Dean/Associate Dean recruitment. To be completed by the Office of the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs for approval of the President.
Recommendation to Provost for final candidates for Academic Dean recruitment. Must be reviewed by the Senior AVP for Faculty Affairs and Human Resources and the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs prior to selection of final candidate.
The Search/Screening Committee completes Form 3: Interview Request for either telephone or personal interviews in order to be able to invite candidates for interview.
The Search/Screening Committee completes Form 1: Authorization to Recruit (Academic Dean/Associate Dean), including a draft vacancy announcement, Confidentiality Acknowledgement & Agreement for Search/Screening Committee Members and Support Staff, Strategic Advertising/Recruitment Plan, and current Position Description in order to initiate the recruitment process.
