Audit Petition

This form is used to obtain permission to audit a course.

An audit is permitted only after students taking the class on a for credit basis have an opportunity to enroll. There is no limit to the number of courses a student can petition to audit per semester.

Audited courses do not count toward unit requirements for major, general education or university requirements or graduation. If you want the course(s) to count toward graduation, talk to your advisor or the Office of the Registrar about a credit/no credit grade mode.

Enroll in the course prior to the ADD deadline.

Gather username emails for everyone who needs to sign your form. You will be asked to enter these emails before filling out the form.
