The ITS Project Request form is used to ask for work* to be done by the Information Technology services department. More information about requesting a project can be found on the ITS Project Office's ITS Project Methodology site https://its.humboldt.edu/projects/prioritization-process * A project is an effort that requires more than 20 hours of ITS technical resources and two or more ITS technical people.
Routing Instructions:
Submit completed ITS Request Form and written support of project from the project sponsor to the ITS Project Office at itspo@humboldt.edu.
