Cal Poly Humboldt’s Integrated Curriculum Committee requires this form for any courses needing certification/recertification in the university’s GEAR Program and/or certification as a GWAR course. It allows the proposer(s) and the GEAR Subcommittee of the ICC to review GEAR and/or GWAR courses seeking certification/recertification.
