To qualify to donate leave credits, the donating employee must occupy a class code that accrues vacation. Credits may be donated to requesting employees on campus who accrue vacation and/or sick leave, regardless of bargaining unit.
Only vacation accrual credits may be donated for family care catastrophic leave. Credits must be donated in one-hour increments. Please note the maximum donation for catastrophic leave each fiscal year is a combined total of sick leave and vacation accruals, as defined by your bargaining contract.
