Registration form for enrollment in Open University. Open University registration is on a space available basis with the consent of the instructor and department. • Open University is NOT available to matriculated students (those officially admitted to and eligible to register at Humboldt during the current semester or the previous two semesters). • If you plan to apply for admission to the University, be sure to check with the Office of the Registrar prior to enrolling in Open University classes. • A maximum of 24 semester units in Open University earned through Extended Education in non-matriculated status may be applied toward a bachelor’s degree, and not more than 8 units may apply to the master’s degree.
TO REGISTER: Fill out the registration form. Attend the first class meeting. Obtain the instructor’s signature and the department chair’s signature. Return your signed form to the College of eLearning & Extended Education and pay your fees by the semester deadline to avoid a $25 late fee.
