This form is used to report all non-vehicle related accidents. It should also be used to document any student injuries, accidents or other incidents. Complete this form and submit it within 48 hours of the accident to the Risk Management Office in SBS 345.

The Sponsored Programs Foundation will be hosting an event Thursday, October 16th from 4-6:30pm in the Great Hall to celebrate our P.I.’s, their staff and student researchers. This event is meant to be a casual, interactive setting where P.I.’s can meet our new staff.
